Job Description

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a Denver-based law firm seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join a practice focused on protecting businesses from unfair competition and safeguarding proprietary information, in both state and federal courts. This role offers an opportunity to work with a well-established team handling sophisticated matters involving employee transitions, confidentiality obligations, and competitive business practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in disputes involving trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant enforcement, and competitive business conduct
  • Draft, present, and argue motions in high-stakes proceedings, including requests for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions
  • Lead and manage discovery efforts-both expedited and conventional-including depositions, written discovery, document review, and coordination with forensic or technical experts
  • Conduct factual investigations, support litigation strategy, and collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case development
  • Prepare well-crafted legal briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and research support
  • Interact directly with clients, providing clear communication, risk assessment, and strategic guidance
  • Assist in pre-litigation dispute analysis and strategy planning
